Problems addressedRelational psychodynamic psychotherapy addresses a broad range of mental health issues including mood and anxiety symptoms, problems related to traumatic interpersonal experiences including childhood abuse, self-destructive and self-defeating behaviors, identity and self-esteem issues, problems related to racial, sexual, and other forms of bias and discrimination, relationship problems, and problems related to adjustment to life transitions. My integrative approach provides specific strategies for addressing debilitating emotional and behavioral symptoms to help you achieve a sense of stability prior to engaging in the work of deeper personal exploration.
